Mindset AI, a UK-based embedded AI platform, has raised £4.3 million in funding to further expand its operations and open a new office in Chicago. Founded in 2019 by the team behind the secure file-sharing service Workshare (acquired by Litera), Mindset AI enables SaaS companies to integrate AI features into their products without the need to start from scratch.

Investment and Future Plans

The investment round was jointly led by Edge VC and Pembroke VCT, with participation from existing investors and advisory from Mountside Ventures. Mindset AI will use the funding to develop its natural language programming interface, expand its APIs, SDKs, and no-code tools, and scale its go-to-market efforts. The company also plans to establish its US presence with Chicago as its first office location.
